FF #39: Whimsical Garden
I stumbled upon this dress and had to create an outfit around it. The dress reminds me of beautiful fall garden full of mums. The dress is a complete work of art. I wanted to go simple with the accessories, but I found these great interesting pieces and had to include them. Those shoes are a work of art all by themselves.
