I popped into Target for health and beauty products and got sidetracked by the One Spot. I grabbed these great chalkboard tags, bags, clothespins, display sign, and tray for my upcoming craft fairs and vendor events. These will be perfect for my Stampin' Up and Thirty-One businesses. And the placemat is a Thanksgiving activity for Arthur.
Eat, Drink, and Be Scary
Today's card is another in my line of PL card inspired greeting cards. I wanted to make a simple Halloween card and what better to use than some fun DSP and a nice spooky saying. Love it!

Arthur's 2nd Birthday
This post is going to be a long one! Last week was Arthur's 2nd birthday party! Being the crafty person that I am, I couldn't buy store decor and cards. So I buckled down about a month ago, and started creating...
Favor Bags: I chose to go simple with white paper bags as a base. I stamped some dino footprints in random directions. From there I added a starburst tag in a variety of patterns. For the actual party, I put the kids' names on the bags and clothes pinned the tag to the bag.
Matching Games: I made 2x2 squares featuring stamped dinosaurs on one side and some patterned paper on the other. Each set includes 18 different pairs to match. I thought about adding leaves and such, but decided that the simple dinosaur silhouette in different colors looked just right. These are matching games for toddlers.
Cupcake Toppers: I used up my scrap paper from the favor tags to create these simple circle cupcake toppers. I stamped skeleton on each side completed the tag. These looked perfect in the cupcakes!
Thank You Cards: Simple, but cute! I made a variation of colors and patterns using some old patterned paper.

For the blog hop, I wanted to highlight some of my fun Halloween stamps. Instead of using some DSP, I made my own. Jack-o-lantern faces and bats make a perfect background paper. From there, I added some cute washi tape and a fun pumpkin embellishment. Overall, it's a simple card, but full of images.

Winter Wonderland Vellum
Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a card using the new Winter Wonderland Vellum featured in the Holiday Catalog.
The vellum is so pretty! I had a hard time actually breaking open the package and cut down the sheets. But I did it! And I made a pretty card to go with it! I kept the card simple with the vellum as the focus. The gold stripes are so pretty!

SSINKCS26: My Favorite Color Combo
Today’s card is featured over at Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration and features a fun card sketch challenge today.
I started with my favorite color combination: Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive. From there I started pulling pattern patterns I liked to use a base. After arranging and rearranging, I settled on these patterns. (Hint: the blackberry bliss pattern paper is actually washi tape over a piece of very vanilla) I used the Sprinkles of Life stamp set one last time to make some pretty flowers.
- Stamps: Sprinkles of Life
- Inks: Blackberry Bliss; Old Olive
- Cardstock: Blackberry Bliss; Very Vanilla; Pretty Petals DSP; Typeset DSP
- Accessories: Happy Haunting Washi Tape

FaBOOlous
Today's card was inspired by one that I made for a SSINK challenge featured later this month. I wanted to create a few Halloween cards for our fall social, but didn't want them to use too many new materials. (I seriously need to focus on destashing or just using my old supplies) To that end, I paired my new PL Seasonal Snapshot stamp set, Six Sayings stamp set, and Happy Haunting washi tape with some old DSP. Perfect combination!

Holiday CASE
Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to CASE (Copy and Share Everything) from the Holiday Catalog. I went back and forth for awhile, but finally decided on this card from the Into the Woods suite.
I loved the little fox card, but it was a bit plain for my tastes. I decided to jazz is up a bit and use more color! The card below is what I ended up with. I love all the colors in the card (hint: use markers!). But my favorite is the sweet little fox. Arthur was also super excited about the fox. I had to stamp him one on another piece of paper so he could carry it around the house. After assembling the layers, I realized it needed an embellishment of some kind... Into the Woods Elements to the rescue. Perfect!

Holiday Hostess
Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a card featuring a hostess set. I chose my newest stamp set: Six Sayings from the Holiday Catalog. I love big sentiments and this set is perfect! The resulting card is very simple, but I love the mix of pattern paper and large sentiment.
